At SISSEL EDELBO, we hope you love your unique upcycled piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
